Return Policy:

We want you to feel confident and in control when using your Cadence, so we offer a 30-day return policy. We understand you may need time to experience your purchase.

If you decide to make a return, please email connect@keepyourcadence.com with your order number and "Return" in the subject line. Our team will assist you promptly.

Return Process (U.S. Only):

Once you initiate a return, you have 14 days to drop off your return with the shipping carrier.
Returns will be approved on a case by case basis and once approved, Cadence will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. *Parcels must be in unused condition*

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will not exceed the amount paid for the item(s).

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
