Cadence is an award winning design company that builds modular systems to carry the things you use every day. Most known for reimagining the traditional travel container and bag into magnetic, modular, patented systems so the things you use everyday, from haircare and skincare to medication and supplements are always ready to go. We believe that when everything has its place, you have space to focus on life itself. A life, in Cadence. 

What we do

One constant in life is change. Humans are built for it. Most products are not. Cadence is built differently. Every product is a component: configurable, and designed to work alone or as part of something larger. The same pieces can be arranged in a multitude of ways to fit exactly how you live – now and in the future.

We’re proud to say we have a community of half a million and sold over 3 million of the iconic Capsules worldwide. If you’ve ever felt like when you’re away from home your routine falls apart, or you’ve had to worry about product leaking in your bag, this might be for you.

Who we are

Founded by Steph Hon, a dancer who worked in the sports marketing world and found herself struggling to bring her full skincare routine with her while on the go. The mental space packing, planning, and replacing missing products led her to design each product from scratch. We’re proud to be woman-owned, AAPI founded, and designed from scratch in Brooklyn New York.

Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and in control when using your Cadence, so we offer a 30-day return policy. We understand you may need time to experience your purchase.

If you decide to make a return, please email connect@keepyourcadence.com with your order number and "Return" in the subject line. Our team will assist you promptly.

Return Process (U.S. Only):

Once you initiate a return, you have 14 days to drop off your return with the shipping carrier.
Returns will be approved on a case by case basis and once approved, Cadence will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. *Parcels must be in unused condition*

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will not exceed the amount paid for the item(s).
