The Spatula is a slim, precision tool designed for moving product cleanly in and out of your Capsules. Its flat edge makes it easy to sweep every last bit into place, while its tapered tip helps you clear out the threads and hard-to-reach spots after use. The rigid, powder-coated mild steel core contains no magnets but is fully magnetic-friendly, allowing the Spatula to attach securely to the sides of your Capsules or to the magnetic seal on your Parcels— so it's always within reach when you need it.

Materials

The inner core is made from a highly durable powder coated, hardened tool steel. The flexible outer shell is made from hypoallergenic silicone.

We want you to feel confident and in control when using your Cadence, so we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day of delivery. We understand you may need time to experience your purchase.

If you decide to make a return, please email connect@keepyourcadence.com with your order number and "Return" in the subject line. Our team will assist you promptly.

Return Process (U.S. Only):

Once you initiate a return, you have 14 days to drop off your return with the shipping carrier.

Returns will be approved on a case by case basis and once approved, Cadence will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. *Parcels must be in unused condition*

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will not exceed the amount paid for the item(s).
